Biography

Chen Baocheng is a visionary entrepreneur and seasoned wealth management expert with over 15 years of experience in private banking, wealth structuring, and multi-asset portfolio management.

Before founding 999 Family Office Pte. Ltd., Chen held senior roles at leading financial institutions, including Credit Suisse and UBS Wealth Management, where he advised high-net-worth families across Asia and Europe on estate planning, family governance, and alternative investments.

In 2015, he joined a Singapore-based multi-family office as Investment Director, where he designed tailored strategies blending venture capital, private equity, and traditional assets, further cementing his expertise in supporting entrepreneurial families.

Education

Chen holds a degree in Finance and International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University, Netherlands) and completed an Executive Program in Private Wealth Management at INSEAD.

He is fluent in English, Dutch, and Indonesian, enabling him to serve a truly global client base.
